Ugh
Arg. I still don't have enough time in my day to fit in a run. By the time I had finished dinner and cleaning up it was 10. Then I got a phone call and by the time I got off it was 10:30 and too late to think about running. Grrr. I need to be able to plan these things into my day. It might mean getting up early, but that means going to bed early which is difficult with a boyfriend that stays up late because of work and school. I'm going to do my 2 mile run tonight instead. And I've got a date for tomorrow morning to go running. That will definitely get me motivated and out of the house. :)
Breakfast:
Whole Grain Bagel
Fat Free Cream Cheese
Sugar Free Hot Chocolate
Lunch:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup fruit salad
Dinner:
Chicken w/ Tarragon Mustard Cream Sauce
Mashed potatoes
Green Beans
Tomato/Cucumber/Feta Salad
Snacks:
Chocolate Underground Yogurt
Exercise:
None--sadly.
