Training
Sooore.
I did a basic full body weight lifting workout yesterday. Pull ups, chin ups, dips (all assisted), squats, overhead presses, chest presses, and one arm rows. My arms felt weak yesterday, and I'm pretty sore today.
I guess that's a sign that I actually worked my muscles, but I have a feeling that my run tonight might be a little uncomfortable. I think I have a 3 mile run coming--I'm going to do the 5K training program on the treadmill so some hills are thrown in. I'll probably do it at a low level though. Then I need to cook dinner and clean the bathroom. Then I think I will collapse into bed. :)

Gnocchi
Bolognese Sauce

Sugar Free Hot Chocolate
1/2 Protein Shake after Lifting
Exercise:
10 Minute Treadmill warm up
40 minutes weight lifting.
