First Day Out
Yesterday went pretty well. No running because I still got home around 8PM, but I was able to resist ice cream at work. Food looked like:

a turkey and cheese wrap (with mustard/lettuce/hot peppers)
a banana

a sugar free hot chocolate
a chocolate wafer
D
Gnocchi w/Alfredo Sauce
Parmesan Squash
cucumber,tomato, and feta salad
My dinner was from Dr. Gourmet, a site designed to create meals that are nutritious and with healthy portion sizes. So even though you might look at Alfredo sauce and think--eek! (As I did at first.) It was in my calorie range. :)
Today might be a little more tough. I've eaten my cereal, and my sandwich and banana already.
I'm going to need a snack around 3-4 and I didn't bring anything. Ugh.
I also really need to work out tonight. Even if it's just something light. I need to move!
