Yikes!

Urgh. Because of a family emergency, and moving, and holidays I haven't been posting in this blog faithfully.

And just like at other points in time when I don't update faithfully I'm not losing any weight. In fact aside from 2 pounds, I've put on all the weight I lost while I was training for my 10 miler.

Sigh.

But you know every day is new and a chance to start again.

So I'm logging my food, I worked out for 50 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I plan on working out again tomorrow morning, having a small meal (consisting entirely of Thanksgiving leftovers, but I'll make sure it's small), and getting a good nights sleep. After I've finished of all the leftovers (hopefully will not take too long as I'm forcing my boyfriend to help. :3) I'll make a meal plan or at least general guidelines and go shopping.

I really really need to start lifting weights again. Really. I also need to step up the intensity of my cardio work outs a bit. Maybe not for every work out, but at least 2-3 hard calorie burning workouts and then 2-3 maintenance work outs a week will be good.

I also need to make sure I don't fling myself face first into a a pumpkin pie for the rest of December. We'll see how that goes.
