10 Miler Training
We're starting week 3 of my 20 week training plan today. I'm more than 1/7 done! Ha! And I haven't missed one day of running yet. I'm losing a little weight (2 pounds since this started), but I think I could be losing more if I just paid a little more attention to my food intake.
I'm starting to feel stronger though, and better about myself in general which is most of the reason that I started training for this run in the first place.
I do want to get back to eating a little better though...I'm going to have to pick up some stuff from the store and plan out a meal plan. And start making a lot of food on the weekends to eat during the week. The time thing is what seems to get to me most, especially since I'm spending a lot more time working out.

congrats, week three is impressive! its so hard to start exercising but once it becomes a habit you're all set :)
