No updates; long time.

Etc etc.

I won't bore you with my excuses, but things have actually been going pretty well. I'm under 150 still, 148.4 to be exact. So I probably will make my goal to be 148 comfortably by vacation time.

I'm moving my body, not a ton, not to excess, but I'm doing it regularly and for at least 30 minutes.

I'm doing okay with food. Calories are fine, but there's my usual issue of not enough veggies. Plenty of lean protein and whole grain carbs though.

The big news though: DA DA DA DAAAAAAH: I'm signed up for a 10 miler. :)

I have a training schedule all figured out. My 20 week countdown starts June 3rd. So June 3rd I'm going to start a 10 week 10K program. And then after that I will immediately start a 10 mile program. My goal is to finish with out walking. Even if it's a painfully slow trot.

Until June 3rd I will be gently exercising. Cardio and weights and stretching. A nice long warm up period basically for the 2.5 months of working out I have planned.

My vacation will be right before June 3rd. So that works out really well for me. Plus I'll be walking all over the place with a backpack on. (Although I'll be eating all kinds of yummy French and Italian meals...mmm.)

I'm really looking forward to this challenge. I think I really needed something to motivate me to really get back in top form.
